Product

Automation you build in plain language, running on your own machine.

AThink Desktop is a Windows application that builds and runs robots across browsers, desktop and legacy applications, files, spreadsheets and databases.

Windows 10 and 11, 64-bit · Free on one machine · Every module included

Build

Describe the work. Approve the plan. Watch it build.

Open the Studio, tell the Toolkit Agent what the robot should do in plain language, and it builds the steps on your own screens.

Toolkit AgentBuild and fix this robot

“Process the supplier invoices that arrive by email and enter them in Oracle Forms. Tell finance about anything odd.”

Proposal

  1. 1Read new supplier invoices from the shared mailbox
  2. 2Extract supplier, total and due date from each PDF
  3. 3Look the supplier up in Oracle Forms and enter the invoice
  4. 4Email finance when a total is unusual. Needs your approval to send.

After Approve, every step is executed on the real application as it is added.

You approve the plan first

For anything substantial the Toolkit Agent writes a proposal. Nothing is built until you press Approve, and you can send it back with Revise.

Built on your real application

Each step runs against your live screen the moment it is added, so a step that is kept is a step that has already worked.

Proven before it is handed over

The finished robot is run through the same runner as the Run button before the agent calls it done.

Brief it with documents

Attach a requirements PDF, screenshots, or a text or CSV file, and it works from them.

It asks before anything irreversible

Sending a message, deleting data, or submitting a form waits for your yes.

The Studio

Open any robot and change it yourself.

You do not have to write code to get a robot. When you want to, nothing is hidden: the Studio is a full editor and debugger.

A robot is code you can read

  • Every robot is a TypeScript project on your disk, generated from the steps on the canvas
  • Any field takes a TypeScript expression, with completions and error checking as you type
  • Functions, loops, if and switch, try and catch, retry, parallel branches, and calling another robot
  • Add npm packages to a single robot
  • Run your existing Python, C# and Java scripts with the runtimes that ship in the installer, plus PowerShell, the command line and SQL

A debugger, not a log file

  • Breakpoints on any step
  • Pause, resume, or run one step at a time
  • Live variables, with the history of every value they held
  • An Errors panel that lists problems before you run and failures after
  • Validate checks the whole robot without running it

Point at the screen to capture it

  • Hover over a field and press Ctrl to pick it: in the browser, in Windows apps, and in Java apps
  • Press F2 to browse the full element tree when hovering cannot reach
  • Capture one element, a table, a list, or a repeated pattern of cards
  • Saved elements live in the robot's repository and are reused by name across steps

What it works with

84 modules and 1,900+ actions, all in one installer.

One robot can read a green screen, fill an Oracle Forms record, update a spreadsheet, and send the email. Every module is included on every plan.

Run

Four ways to start a robot, and a record of every run.

On demand

Press Run in the Studio or on the Robots screen.

On a schedule

Every few minutes, hours or days, weekly, or monthly. Set a timeout, an end date or a run limit, and choose what happens when a run is still going: queue, skip, or terminate.

Waiting for something to happen

A robot can stay running and react to a web request, a Kafka message, a WhatsApp or Teams message, or a file changing in a folder.

From Cortex

With a paired fleet console, run, stop, pause and schedule robots on any machine from one screen.

Runs and Logs

Every run is listed with its result, and every step writes a log line a person can read.

Proof on the log line

Attach a screenshot or a screen recording to any log line you choose.

Email when it matters

Notify people on success, on failure, or both, with the run's log attached as an Excel workbook.

Snapshots

Save a point-in-time copy of a robot and restore it later.

On your machine

Your robots and their data stay in your building.

AThink Desktop is a Windows application, not a cloud service. It runs on Windows 10 and 11, 64-bit.

An encrypted database on the PC

Robots, runs, logs and settings are stored locally in an encrypted database. There is no AThink cloud holding your process.

Secrets stay secret

Mark an input as secured and its value is stored encrypted and masked in logs, variable panels and the live run view.

Password protection

Lock the application, or a single robot, behind a password.

Your AI provider, your keys

Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini, Groq, DeepSeek, OpenRouter, or a self-hosted model inside your network. You bring the key; requests go from your machine to the provider you chose.
